Ruth Theodore
Venue: The Railway
doors 8pm
Hailing from Winchester, Ruth returns to The Railway Inn! The stage show centres around Theodore’s extraordinary lyricism, unique percussive guitar style, and emotive, unconventional piano performances. Her compositions, interwoven with captivating stories from a remarkable life, take the audience on an emotional, profound, often politically, and always playful journey. Ruth creates and performs with a charmingly unique and instantly recognizable style. Effortlessly pushing the boundaries of gender and genre, and defying the confines of the conventional ‘singer-songwriter’ archetype.
