Event:  Lunchtime Concerts - 1.15pm - Brighten up your lunchtime with musical performances from local musicians, and pupils of schools and colleges from around the county. A Lunchtime Concert Series will take place at the Cathedral, in the Lady Chapel, from 1.15pm – 1.50pm most Tuesdays. Entry included with a valid annual pass. Seats for the lunchtime concerts are limited and are allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Event:  Adam Beattie & Fiona Bevan - 8pm - Acclaimed Scottish singer-songwriter Adam Beattie ‘Uplifting Reveries Of Love’ (Mojo Magazine) and multi-platinum singer-songwriter Fiona Bevan ‘Startling odysseys’ (The Guardian) embark on a double headline tour of the UK this spring/summer in celebration of their new music releases. Adam will be performing songs from his upcoming album Home Fires Burning; a homespun epic which explores family, legacy and belonging. Adam writes melodies inspired by the traditional fiddle tunes of his childhood, played on finger-picked acoustic guitar. Fiona will be performing songs from her EP First Woman On The Moon, a set of brand new songs exploring hope, love and female desire against a political backdrop.

The combination of a regular rock band line-up with saxophone and harmonica adds variety to the sound, while the didgeridoo offers an unique change of pace on the much requested Sun Arise.

Event:  Kind of Blue Live - CANCELLED - 7pm - Hear Miles Davis' iconic 'Kind of Blue' album recreated live on stage at the beautiful setting of St Mary's Church in Twyford in Hampshire. On April 22nd 1959 at Columbia’s 30th street studio in New York City, Miles Davis completed his iconic album ‘Kind of Blue’ The album features Davis’s ensemble sextet consisting of saxophonists John Coltrane and Julian “Cannonball” Adderley, pianist Bill Evans, bassist Paul Chambers, and drummer Jimmy Cobb, with Wynton Kelly appearing on the track ‘Freddie Freeloader’. The album was released on August 17th 1959 and sixty years on is still one of the most successful jazz albums of all time. Now, you can experience this album recreated LIVE onstage with a cast of outstanding jazz musicians 14+ (under 16s must be accompanied by an adult) GENERAL ADMISSION - UNALLOCATED SEATING Licensed bar and refreshments on site. Ample parking available to the side of the venue.
