Formed in 1988 'The Docs' have been around the block a bit - At the start they set out to do gritty Dr Feelgood type stuff, the hard edge punky feel being a preference for singer/guitarist Tony. AC/DC, The Cult, ZZ Top, Purple, as well as some more traditional blues orientated tracks all get in the set nowadays, so it's a bit of a mix. Yes, it can get a bit loud but they've got some good gear so it's a good quality ear ache! They are renowned for their sound quality so don't be scared off.
