Venue: The Arc map Address: Jewry Street, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8SB Telephone: 01962 398046 Event: BEYOND THE STREETS OF LONDON - 7.30pm - From the Producer and band of the hugely popular ‘Fire and Rain & American Pie’, they now bring you a a sequel! This time featuring Folk-Pop artists of the same era from the UK. Throughout the swinging sixties and early seventies, artists such as Ralph McTell, Cat Stevens, Lindisfarne, The Seekers, Steeleye Span, Mary Hopkin, Donovan, Sandy Denny and a few quirky ‘one-hit wonders’ (!) went toe-to-toe in the pop charts with Rock/Pop giants such as the Beatles and the Rolling Stones.
