The Belgarum Big Band is an exciting contemporary jazz ensemble led by American drummer Ted Carrasco and based on the south coast of the UK. Featuring many of the region's finest musicians, the group focuses on material by modern jazz masters, but is equally at home playing classic Basie-era swing. Since its inception in 2015, the band has become known for giving eclectic and energetic performances surveying some of greatest big band music from the 1950s to the present day.
