Winter Mountain is the stage name of Cornwall-based singer/songwriter Joe Francis. Joe's songs are melodic, his lyrics heartfelt, and he possesses an extraordinary soulful voice. The quality of the songs and the emotional power of Joe's performances inspired Cara Dillon and Sam Lakeman to sign him to their label, Charcoal Records.
