HAMPSHIRE COUNTY YOUTH ORCHESTRA NEW YEAR CONCERT
Start time: 6.30pm
An evening of music to bring in the New Year – Two concerts utilising the vast empty space for creative and diverse programming, including new compositions by young Hampshire students. 6.30pm - Pre Concert Music by Hampshire County Youth Orchestra harps and percussion, come early and enjoy some unusual repertoire. 7pm start - Concert 1 (finish by 8.10pm approximately.) Hampshire County Youth Orchestra conducted by Carl Clausen and King Edward VI School Chamber Choir with Irene Anderson and George Castle, organist. 9.00 pm start – Concert 2 (finish by 9.50 pm approximately) Inspired by Vivaldi Hampshire County Youth Chamber Orchestra conducted by Carl Clausen and David Scott with Violin soloist Tom Balch.
