An evening of Poetry at Winchester Discovery Centre. An evening of poetry featuring performances from a selection of Next Generation Poets. This prestigious accolade is announced only once every 10 years recognising the 20 most exciting poets from the UK and Ireland expected to dominate the poetry landscape of the coming decade. Annie Freud s first full poetry collection was The Best Man That Ever Was (Picador 2007), a Poetry Book Society recommendation. The Mirabelles was then shortlisted for the TS Eliot Prize in 2010. Her father was painter Lucian Freud, her maternal grandfather was sculptor Sir Jacob Epstein and her great-grandfather was Sigmund Freud.
