Celtic folk / jazz pioneers Carmina have released five albums to date and toured worldwide. Singer/songwriter and saxophonist Pippa Marland - ‘a wondrous voice, enchanting and emoting’ (Time Out)- and masterful arranger / songwriter Rob King (acoustic guitar, mandolin and bodhrán) are the founders of Carmina and compose the songs around which the band weave their magic. Carmina’s line-up for Winchester will feature established UK and Irish musicians, capable of crossing musical boundaries effortlessly and creating a subtle but powerful original sound.. .
