A sequence of music and readings by candlelight with Winchester Cathedral Chamber Choir, directed by George Castle. A selection of some of the most beautiful Passiontide music from the last 1000 years, sung by one of the region's premier choirs in the stunning surroundings of Winchester Cathedral. Including Robert White's 5 part Lamentations, and music by Byrd, Bruckner, Richard Lloyd, Alec Roth, and others. Admission is free but a retiring collection will be taken to help defray costs.
