Winchester Festival: Lunchtime Concert Concert 11 July 1:00pm In this programme of works for oboe and cor anglais, Lucie Tibbits will be accompanied by Roger Owens on the piano, making a welcome return to the Festival. Lucie studied at Kings School and Peter Symonds, was principal oboe of the Hampshire County Youth Orchestra and is now in her final year at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
