The concert, conducted by our musical director, Nicholas Wilks, will begin with a performance of Beethoven's Egmont Overture. This will be followed by the popular work, Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto. We are delighted that the soloist will be Alexander Sitkovetsky. The second half of the concert will be a performance of Glazunov's Second Symphony, composed when he was only twenty, and dedicated to the memory of Liszt. £12 / £10 (concessions) / £6 (children under 16).
