Simon Bell, Winchester Cathedral's Assistant Director of Music, continues the Tuesday series of Organ concerts with a programme of French music. His programme includes music by Jehan Alain, whose life was cut tragically short in 1940, and whose centenary falls this year. Also included is Maurice Duruflé's evocative tribute to Alain and music by Vierne, Messiaen and Marcel Dupré's thrilling transcription of J S Bach's Sinfonia. 7.45pm.
