Hornblower Down last wowed audiences when they played their blistering headlining set at The Railway Inn in October 2019. To celebrate their return, they will be playing two sets during the course of the evening. The core of the band, comprising Marcus Whitfield on guitar and vocals, Skip Bartlett on bass (and occasional rap) and Jim Glaister on drums, has been in place since October 2017. Claire Rose joined them on lead vocals in March 2020. They are currently working on recording their debut album, and most of the songs on that album will be performed during the course of the evening (as well as many more).
